Are you postpartum? Have you reached a weight that no longer allows you to move normally? Are you at an age when it is better to be careful and you have not exercised for a long time? Or for some other reason you need to start from scratch? This plan is for you. It's not about building a super fit bikini body or marathon fitness. It's low-intensity, at-home, slow-paced, but if you're just lying around, not moving, or just brought a baby into the world, it will help you get started.
Definitely exercise slowly. If you need to hold still, do it. There are situations when you are not racing, when you just need to take the first steps.
